1. Enable mbstring support in Fedora PHP package.
SquirrelMail utf7 imap functions use php mbstring extension to convert
from iso-8859-x and utf8 to utf7-imap. If mbstring extension is not
present, interface reverts to simple iso-8859-1 conversion.
Thanks for the info. With mbstring installed everything seems to work
now. Perhaps a warning in configtest if mbstring is not present would be
a good idea ?
