Fedora Developer Portal - new update

Hi folks,

after a couple of months we have updated Fedora Developer Portal
which contains several fixes and new contents

New contents:
- Rust language [1]
- MicroPython [2]
- Leksah installation guide [3]
- Apache page [4]
- GTK+ page [5]

Fixes:
- several English typos.
- several command line fixes
- several HTML references.

Feel free to create a new content, community can use it for development and
propagation.

It's better to share your awesome knowledge.:)

Fixing the release, we restore the missing Python section
 - https://developer.stg.fedoraproject.org/tech.html

Newly added
 - https://developer.stg.fedoraproject.org/tech/languages/python/micropython.ht...
   (It was on staging instance only, e.g. not released.)

Clearing up the releases code (generated by jekyll)
 - I have created a little script to cut out empty lines from html, but to preserve the '<pre>' sections (they include code).
 - Jekyll was creating quite a bunch of empty lines, randomly (apparently), so this was IMHO really necessary.
 - Please check "code boxes" and similar for accidentally removed lines.

I expect this fix to be merged *today*, so it's more of a FYI.
 - I have checked the whole diff against current 'release' (generated with jekyll), and all the changes are above.
