New Fedora Developer Portal release

Hi all,

I have pushed new update for Fedora Developer Portal.
New content should be available in the coming hour or 2 with the 
following changes and updates.

New: Julia installation page:
   * 
https://developer.fedoraproject.org/tech/languages/julia/julia-installation....

Update go package installation instructions as they were outdated:
   * https://developer.fedoraproject.org/tech/languages/go/go-packages.html
   * https://developer.fedoraproject.org/tech/languages/go/go-programs.html

Update Java sections:
   * 
https://developer.fedoraproject.org/tech/languages/java/java-build-tools-ins...
   * 
https://developer.fedoraproject.org/tech/languages/java/java-installation.ht...

Update list of available Pythons in Fedora:
   * 
https://developer.fedoraproject.org/tech/languages/python/multiple-pythons.h...

If the site is not available, please wait a bit. The automation kicks in 
periodically (I do not remember how often though), if it is not 
available by tomorrow, then I'll take a look by monday :).
