come up with first draft of JD for Fedora Diversity Advisor.
I have included most of the points, we have discussed during our last
meeting.

Job description*
Fedora is a big community, In which we have contributors involved from
different countries and they have their own cultural, educational,
behavioral diversity.
In order to continuously create and foster an inclusive environment in
Fedora community, it is important to respond to the needs of the
contributors diverse population. Hence, Fedora Diversity Advisor Search
team is looking for Fedora Diversity Advisor.The Diversity Advisor would
act as a source of support and information for all contributors,
especially contributors of underrepresented populations. In this
respect, issues of inclusion and equity can be discussed together with
the planning of multiculturalism and comfort.
*Primary job responsibilities*
The primary responsibility of Fedora diversity advisor is to act in a
supporting role, to give advice on strategy on diversity issues,
equality and to promote inclusion in Fedora community And he/she will be
acting upon diversity parameters within the community ::
* Visibility: Increasing visibility of minority contributors
through talks, feature articles, and awards.
* Invitations: Making explicit invitations and providing
financial support to attend conferences and to give talks.
* Skills: Helping develop skills by offering targeted workshops
and internships.
* Welcome: Creating a welcoming environment by adopting and
enforcing codes of conduct.
* Initiatives: In his/her role as a advisor she/he will be
expected to implement equality and diversity plans that will have a
big affect on Fedora community i.e. by fostering communication,
networking and support forums with mailing lists and in-person events.
*Required Skills*
* Excellent written communications skills, demonstrated through
blog posts or other written work.
* Understanding of and experience in open source communities.
* Ability to communicate on a moderate technical level about open
source projects.
* If you have any experience in similar roles in your past career
then that would be advantageous.
