For platform, does hosting it on limesurvey or surveymonkey seem appropriate? Limesurvey is open source but Surveymonkey is easier to use and gives some auto generated statistics too.
Personally, I am +1 for Surveymonkey and 0 for Limesurvey.
About promoting the survey, I can think CommBlog and social media channels but this is something I want to leave out for later as the more important part here is identifying the timeline of these posts which we cannot work on till we have updates.
re: testing, What points will we test the survey for? As far as I know, the testing was mainly for not making the survey too long but I think we addressed it well in FAD. If we are testing the platform i.e. surveymonkey vs limesurvey vs any other platform, Diversity team members can create sample surveys on both(or other) platforms and then cast their votes on which one is more suitable.

I agree with @bee2502, we can do it with Dropbox/Google Drive. Photos and small video clips merged with an underlying theme. Also as @amsharma, we should start building like a stockpile of footage for this video.
I have basic video editing skills, I will be happy to help with this if we have the clips!

#20 also refers to videos with aim of creating awareness about diversity in Fedora community. I have updated it to make the idea clear.
Since we have them in Dropbox and Google Drives, why do we need a repo from fedora infra ? If we want to store it in one place, we can just merge into one Google Drive.

Hi Team,
I have started a draft on etherpad [1] for Diversity Sub-project Report
preparation for council.
I request everyone in the team to please review and add your suggestions
for the same.
I would like to start working on the presentation ASAP, so that by next
week meeting, we have some baseline of presentation in place to gather
the feedback.
Thanks & Regards,
Amita

I am +1 for -
The first goals I would consider for workshop planning is picking priority tasks that we believe would benefit from:
Core team members in the same room
Participation from non-members who might have a lot of input on specific topics
AND, We for sure would like to invite people who are interested and would like to help them onborad. Like we did in last flock successfully for bee and Jona. In this case, this gonna help what Bee suggested -
Talk with an Open Floor in the end on the work Diversity team has been doing in the past, what we are currently working on and our strategy for the upcoming year. I think this will be a bit similar to Council report in #17 but I feel that having this discussion at FLOCK is important to creating awareness about Diversity team and our work. Also, we can get valuable inputs from the community and help onboard newcomers.
