Meaningwhile by the time @bex revert on this, can we decide on how we are going to ship this survey to the end users and how we are going to socialize about it. Also testing is something we would like to do before shipping,
AFAIR Bex gonna help us to review the questions, not the platform we are going to use.
Do we know which platform we are planning to use? Can we test that with few questions before we hear back from Bex?
I don't think we are blocked here, we still have actions to do?

Everyone in the team please take this on highest priority as of now. This will also help us to think more about our future action plans to achieve our goals in diversity.
As discussed in last session, feedback is expected by coming Monday.

ticket#20 is about workshops and this is for "just pictures or also video snippets of community members"
if we don't have it already, how will it be collected ?-
Notes from the ticket itself-
1- I think we need infra help or a repo, where we can store pictures and videos. Over the period of time, we will have a nice collection and then we can work on the main video?
2- Building a stockpile of footage in the meanwhile would be best. Whatever event planning we do before the FAD, let's keep this in back of our minds

What kind of content would we be wanting to generate?

Hi Charcol,
I am very happy that someone like you wants to help.
It sounds like you have a great background.
Your perspective as a shy person is something that is very
valuable for the types of things we're working on here in the Diversity
Team. As some background, this is one of the newest teams in Fedora and
we're also one of the smallest (but slowly growing!), so hopefully you
can understand that we're still working on maturing and expanding our
outreach. If you can join our mailing list - diversity(a)lists.fedoraproject.org,
it will help you understand more what tasks we are working on and how, and
if there's ever something you want to weigh in, you are more than welcome to!!
To understand some of the tasks that we're working on, you can check out
our Pagure repository. Pagure is a git forge where a lot of
Fedora-related projects host their code. We use the tickets / issues
feature as a task tracker for our team, to create new tasks and to track
our progress on them over time. You can view them here:
https://pagure.io/fedora-diversity/issues
You can scroll through some of the things we're currently discussing
there to better understand the type of work we do. Additionally, I'm not
sure if you read our wiki pages, but if you haven't yet, this will also
be great background to better understand our team!

Looking forward to having you in Diversity team ! If
you have any questions, please don't be afraid to ask!!
Thanks again for showing your interest.
Regards,
Amita

@bee2502 I'm going to be working on moving the Appreciation Week comments in this ticket to a new CommOps ticket (and closing #92 there) to put a fresh start on all of the things we discussed in CommOps about this and also during the FAD.
However, before this ticket is closed, I think one more important action item to complete here (especially now that the Council is beginning to work on this):
> * File a ticket in the Council Pagure to consider adding a revision to the FAS3 account sign-up to ask new accounts to agree to the Code of Conduct and prompt existing accounts to agree to following it

Bee and I discussed this a little further, and we came to the conclusion from the [Council FAD report](https://communityblog.fedoraproject.org/fedora-council-fad-2017-rep… that the topic originally raised in this ticket is something that the Council is planning to work on. However, as it will be a transparent process, we will be following along closely to leave feedback and to help with our own perspective too.
@bee2502 is going to file a new ticket with more concrete ideas about the Diversity Team's role as she described in the previous comment, to keep this on our radar.
