[fedora-d&i] Fedora Ambassadors Revamp 2020: Community Survey (Ticket #153)
by Mariana Balla
Hello Fedora D&I,
This ML thread is related to ticket #153 at the D&I on Pagure. Ticket #153 was created by the Fedora Ambassadors Revamp Task Force in order to ask from the D&I team to conduct a community survey that will help highlight what is that makes the current ambassadors stay in the project and what are the current trends. The survey will help to collect more information on what works best for the ambassadors and what are potential blockers for them.

Here is the Etherpad link with the survey's questions. Please have a look at the questions and share your thoughts with us.
Thank you,
Mariana

The workshop is perfect for Code of Conduct committee members who
evaluate reports, volunteers who receive reports, or executives and
board members who handle report escalations. If you have a Code of
Conduct, *it's essential that you practice enforcing a Code of Conduct*.

Workshop Content
The 4 hour workshop includes:
* Practice taking a report of a Code of Conduct violation
* How to decide consequences for inappropriate behavior
* Practice following up with the reported person
* One practice scenario for a report given at an online event
* One practice scenario for a report given in an online community
* Discussion on bias, intent, and microaggressions
* Discussion on personal conflicts, false reporting, and power dynamics
* 40 minutes total of Q&A time

[fedora-d&i] Fedora Women's day survey
by Vipul Siddharth
Good morning all,
The LimeSurvey form [0] seems ready to go out to the wider community.
We already have a date in hand and getting some preferences can help
us organize it in the best way possible.
Please take a minute to fill this form and unless there are some major
things to be changed (no complaints in 24 hours of this email), I
recommend sharing it to the wider community as well. It can also be
plugged into the `Call for participation` blog that's in the draft
form.

Thank you
