COC should go deeper into potential issues.

Abusive behaviour should be addressed.
Concepts of respect and abuse do not become complementary at the
interaction level.

Scope of terms should also be discussed at length and provide for easy
adoption in more specific contexts.

Maybe COC + detailed explanations.
