I hope you all are doing well.

I have few discussion points for the Fedora Women Day, coming up in mid of July.

1. Are we going to do the event during the same hours of the day across the globe, if yes can we discuss on the timings?

It's gonna be almost impossible to go through the exact same hours worldwide, however, if we could at least have 1 or 2 simultaneous hours that would rock.

2. Tatica, can we do mini version of the panel discussion for diversity inclusion, as it is going to happen in FLOCK, we can have good experience on FWD as well.

3. What should be the schedule look like, are we going to have the full event online/live across the regions or we want to have some local speakers as well?

I would encourage an 80-20% / 80 local 20 online. We want to strength our local female communities and only use the international participation as a push.

4. Are we planning to give any swags/stickers to the participants? I remember the discussion around the new design for the stickers, do we have the ticket?

I got srsly sick for the past 2 weeks when I was planning on design those, so I would be happy if we can open that ticket directly on the design team so they can give us a hand. Decause will be more than happy to help us with that. I know some regions will have to produce locally swag (since it's cheaper/easier) so having a couple of cheap ideas to produce would be nice.

5. And, should we announce about our next event(next to FWD) in FWD, to keep the ball rolling and interest alive.

We are starting June, so we have a good timing for it. I would go with online posts and heavy marketing (banners, radio if possible and more) 3 weeks prior the event at each location.

We can discuss these items in the meeting as well.
