I know I've been absent from a lot of discussion lately, but have been reading and keeping watch from afar on the mailing list.

The local chapter I lead as a part of the autistic self-advocacy network (ASAN) has faced and is currently facing a lot of heavy issues, specifically surrounding law enforcement, state/federal insurance coverage, and a recently released anti-vaccination propaganda film called Vaxxed. So while I haven't been able to contribute much, I still have tried to stay current and aware of what the diversity team is doing.

I'm very pleased about the work being done, and was also delighted to see that the panelists included someone with autism; any idea who that his/will be?
