I read it through a few times, offered in some minor grammatical fixes &
suggestions.  Overall the content and substance seemed quite good, from
my perspective/experience.

Thanks Dyuti and Karsten! I also reviewed the draft and it looked good
to me. I made a couple of edits and put this into the Community Blog as
a draft:
