Hope you all enjoyed long weekends and holidays. As promised, I have come up with first draft of JD for Fedora Diversity Advisor. I have included most of the points, we have discussed during our last meeting.

* Job description* Fedora is a big community, In which we have contributors involved from different countries and they have their own cultural, educational, behavioral diversity. In order to continuously create and foster an inclusive environment in Fedora community, it is important to respond to the needs of the contributors diverse population.
