[diversity] Breaking the code: how women in Nigeria are changing the face of tech

Hey all!

While not strictly related to Fedora, I stumbled across this interesting
article about women in tech in Nigeria. From past in-person discussions,
I know we recognized this was one group seemingly absent in the Fedora
community (contributors from Africa generally), and we were trying to
figure out why. I thought this might be an interesting read to share.

Also, did you know one of the co-founders of Free Software and Open
Source Foundation for Africa (FOSSFA) was a woman? Had no idea. :)
