Description of problem:
The F19 Release notes reference Scratch as being included in F19. However, it
is not.

How reproducible:
Attempt to install scratch using yum per the directions in the Release Notes.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit
http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/19/html/Release_Notes/sect-Relea…
2. Follow the instructions to install scratch: "yum install scratch" from

Actual results:
yum reports back with "No package scratch available."
Expected results:
The scratch package is downloaded and installed.
Additional Information:
Also, no package can be found at
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/search/scratch further lending
credibility to the argument that Scratch was left out of F19.

Hi,
I am a maintainer of this guide at TXN, but before doing the full merge, i
wanted to be sure…
https://fedora.transifex.com/projects/p/fedora-ins-quick-start-guide/
* fb03c3c Adding zanata config file
I can see some zanata things.
You serious guys, you are moving to zanata?
If so…
* Please *MERGE* before.
* Also, be notified that you won't benefit of any Fedora translators. Only RH
folks are there… That's not good, we use a unified platform, already spreading
translators between teams… having many platform is going to be a pain.
* delete the transifex one. And prevent us, translators…
If the project stay at TXN, why it does not have any .tx/config file? (or no
lang_map?)
Could I help?
Thanks,

Summary: RFE: some packages cannot be excluded using a
kickstart file
Product: Fedora Documentation

QA Contact: docs-qa(a)lists.fedoraproject.org
CC: oglesbyzm(a)gmail.com, pbokoc(a)redhat.com
Description of problem:
The installer always installs some packages, so excluding them in a kickstart
file has no effect.
Bug 988233 is from a user who wanted to remove "firewalld" from his install,
yet it was installed anyway. The kickstart documentation does not explain why.
A workaround might be to use the post-installation section of the kickstart
file to remove some packages.
Bug 988233 - Anaconda does not exclude certain packages specified in the
kickstart configuration
