Bug ID: 1136028 Summary: Rewrite/update the Boot Options chapter Product: Fedora Documentation Version: devel Component: install-guide Assignee: pbokoc@redhat.com Reporter: pbokoc@redhat.com QA Contact: docs-qa@lists.fedoraproject.org CC: pbokoc@redhat.com, zach@oglesby.co
Update the Boot Options chapter. Most of the text can be taken directly from the RHEL7 Install Guide [1].
However, unlike the RHEL guide, the list of boot options should be separated into sections (so we get a table of contents and it's easier to navigate).
Also review the currently documented options and make sure they match boot-options.txt[2].

--- Comment #1 from Petr Bokoc pbokoc@redhat.com --- Also note that sometimes the Anaconda docs tend to mix together Anaconda *boot options* (ones you can use during booting) and Anaconda *CLI* options (used when you run Anaconda from a command line on e.g. a live image or during a disk image installation. While these options are sometimes (almost) identical, sometimes they're not, leading to confusion.
