Description of problem:
The page https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/25/html/Installation_Guide/sect-... says that you're supposed to use sudo dnf install liveusb-creator to install the software and sudo liveusb-creator to run it, but the second command is wrong. You need to use sudo mediawriter to run the program.
