Bug ID: 982476 Summary: 3.3.1 - Check install of chrony Product: Fedora Documentation Version: devel Component: system-administrator's-guide Severity: unspecified Priority: unspecified Assignee: jhradile@redhat.com Reporter: im_dracula@hotmail.com QA Contact: docs-qa@lists.fedoraproject.org CC: jhradile@redhat.com
Description of problem:
In section 3.3.1 "Checking if chrony is Installed", it says to type 'yum install chrony' however, if you only want to check if the package is installed, you can do that with 'yum list chrony'. This command will then respond with either 'installed packages', or 'available packages' which will tell you whether the package is installed or not.
