Changes:
    google-noto-fonts package split into google-noto-fonts,
google-noto-cjk-fonts and google-noto-emoji-fonts

New Fonts:
        nodejs-ansi-font, horai-ume-fonts google-noto-nastaliq-urdu-fonts and
google-noto-sans-tibetan-fonts

Others
* Deleted pap_AN locale
* Zanata-Python-Client version 1.4.2 with major improvements.

section and will be published when we get the RNs out.
