<qandaset> list of questions not working

The Fedora SELinux FAQ[1] is starting to get sizable, and messy without
a list of questions at the top. I'm having trouble fixing this.
Our default XSL stylesheets for HTML (xsl/main-html.xsl,
xsl/html-common.xsl, and redhat.xsl) don't have a call to make the list
of questions for a FAQ written with <qandaset>[2].
It seemed straightforward to call qandaset.xsl[3], just as other
stylesheets are called in the Fedora docs XSL. I have had no success,
in fact zero recognizable difference in the resulting document, with
these efforts:
* Tried importing, then tried including qandaset.xsl into main-html.xsl,
which is the main XSL called from the Makefile.
<xsl:import="/usr/share/sgml/docbook/xsl-stylesheets/html/qandaset.xsl"/>
... didn't work ...
<xsl:include="/usr/share/sgml/docbook/xsl-stylesheets/html/qandaset.xsl"/>
.... didn't work ...
* Under the heading <xsl:param name="generate.toc">, I tried adding
"qanda toc" and "qandaset toc", underneath the "section nop" in both
cases. No luck there. I didn't feel that this area of the XSL was
related to the solution, but I tried it anyway.
Any ideas?

pdf ps tools

I've a job I need to do, create some ps files,
convert to two up pdf as handouts.
I've been told that pstops will do the job?
Its probably only going to be a half page write up,
Is it worth doing?

Help downloading documentation via anonymous CVS

Hi!
I'm trying to download Fedora documentation via anonymous CVS. I've RedHat
8 on a x86 box. When i execute the comand: cvs -z3 login and i put my
e-mail address as login password, i get the following error:
cvs [login aborted]: connect to rhlinux.redhat.com(66.187.233.241):2401
failed:
Connection timed out
Could you please tell me what i'm doing wrong!!??

Tried to rpmbuild NVIDIA drivers

I have just installed Fedora Core 1 and I tried to:
rpmbuild --rebuild <NVIDIA driver>
for my NVIDIA graphics and nforce drivers. It replied CANNOT WRITE to \\\\SOURCE
<file:///\\\SOURCE> . CANNOT INSTALL. I am looking for help, I am new to Linux and have
browsed and printed pages of tutorial info, to no avail. Thanks...

Coordinated list of writers/tutorials?

I'm interested in volunteering for the Documentation Project, however
I'm having trouble locating a list of available topics to write on. I
would assume certain topics are already being worked on, and would like
to avoid spending time on a tutorial that someone else is just about
finished with. Any advice?
