I've added Display.xml and Mouse.xml to the Release Notes master branch.
These were added as requested by blocker tickets. These files should
be reviewed and entered into the Release_Notes.xml wherever they should go.

Mysterious CSS reference in Hardware_Overview.xml in Release Notes
by Eric Christensen
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1
I just happened to notice the following CSS file reference in the
Release Notes:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<!DOCTYPE book PUBLIC "-//OASIS//DTD DocBook EBNF Module V1.1CR1//EN"
<?xml-stylesheet
href="http://www.informatik.fh-wiesbaden.de/~werntges/home_t/proj/dbkcss102/wys..."
type="text/css"?>
I've only found this line in Hardware_Overview.xml but it seems
suspicious. Why are we pulling in a CSS file from a third party site?

Self-introduction:
by Dilip P Kumar
Greetings.
I am Dilip, an engineering student from Banaglore, India. This is my
first *real* entry into giving back to the FOSS world.
I have been using fedora since f9. Over the past two years, I have tried
to find a place in the fedora community without having to commit myself
to anything. I soon realized that this was pointless and decided to
dedicate some time every week to put in my share of effort to make
fedora better. So, here I am.
I am not a great programmer. I can go through code and understand what
is supposed to happen, but that is not my strongest skill. I feel I can
do more here, with the Docs team.
I have about 2 to 3 hours a week that I can spend. (more during holidays
and less during exams). I can explore software in detail, contact the
developers with specific questions and find the patience to write
detailed how-tos targeted at 7 year olds. I can also write any other
type of documentation that might be needed like reviews, articles or
instructions.
I am also prepared to learn any skill that might be necessary. Given
enough time and the right reading material, I think I can learn any
computer skill. If there is anything that needs to be done that requires
learning something new first, I am game for it!
My main language is english, and all my contributions will be in
english. However, India is in a weird state of transition- from British
english to American english. Half of us use "colour" while the other
half say "color". I will try and stick to the "color" world, but do
expect an occasional error.
I have a moderate computer knowledge. To give a better picture of my
computer skills, here are some of the things I have done:
I have compiled my own kernel, manipulated xorg.conf to bring back a
broken X11 system (ages ago) and manually completed a failed upgrade
from f12 to f13.
This letter has grown too long already and I am sure most of its readers
have already lost patience to go any further. If there is anything you'd
like to know about me, please feel free to ask.
Here is my gpg key.

Installing the new version of Publican (2.2) should give you the latest
translations of the "Document Conventions" section. In other words, when
you build a document that includes this section (any of the longer
books), you should automatically see the latest translation.
The "Feedback" section is contained in a different package -- the Fedora
brand package for Publican (publican-fedora, currently at version 1.8).
I hope to have an updated version of this package available shortly.
Cheers

fact checking Fedora-14-Burning_ISO_images_to_disc-en-US
by Dilip P Kumar
I went through the pdf version of
Fedora-14-Burning_ISO_images_to_disc-en-US.
I looked for the following:
1. Check all links in the document ---> All links are correct.
2. Check numbering and headings in the document ---> No problems here.
3. Check if section heading relates to the content in the body --->
Everything is fine except section 2 (Downloading). Reported as bug
641114.
4. Look for anything that might be confusing ---> filed bug reports
641107 641110 and 641118.
5. Verify all the procedures and how-tos work ---> not done. No access
to a windows or mac box to verify their cd burning tools.
So, apart from the bugs I have filed, and some procedures in this
document, everything is fine. If someone can check if the instructions
on using the various cd burning softwares are correct, this document
will be done.
PS. I am talking about the document found here:
http://sparks.fedorapeople.org/readme-burning-isos/en-US/
Cheers.

Rudi,
A couple of nights ago we were talking about changes that were needed in
the Security Guide.ent file. We got disconnected and I need to know
what changes need to be made so I can open up the F14 version for
translation. What are your thoughts?
Thanks,
Eric
