Hi:
To my knowledge, nobody has yet helped me publish the Musicians' Guide for
Fedora 16, and I won't have time to troubleshoot for more than a month. The
Guide should be ready to go, so all it needs is somebody to pull the "f16"
branch, build with Publican, then push to web.git.

Should I file this on Bugzilla so that somebody will remember to do this as the
"Party?"

Docs Leader Election / Volunteer Opportunity

It was my intention to follow the normal cycle of offering up the role
of Docs Leader, to see if it was something that anyone wanted to take,
however I have now been notified that I will be traveling for work for
the next several months and will be offline for the majority of the
next release.
As such I fell that I should step down as from the position as Docs
Lead, and allow for someone else to take the helm. It has been a great
privilege to fill this role for the last two release and I have
learned a lot from it. I still plan on being an active member of the
team, but I will not be able to devote the time in IRC as I should to
preform the job adequately.
I'm not sure of the best way to go about selecting someone for this
position, but the first step would be taking volunteers here, and then
if we have multiple people who are interested we can take a vote on
it.

Wish to join the docs-publishers FAS group…

Referring to the probably new doc publishing process, I would like to
be a member of the docs-publishers in order to be able to fully handle
French docs publication (and why not others if manpower needed).
I am on this for list mostly to report bug at the begining… Never
really sent introduction. But I am sure that you all have already read
an annoying bug report there on the mailing list from me, or get one
from BZ. Now I am joining the party to handle some ticket for you!
Quick intro:
Here am I, a new French contributor (since 2010), Fedora user since
FC6-Fedora 7, and contributing to a really wide area in the FP.
I started as translator and ambassador, joined the Websites team to
manage L10n, and for few months now, checking docs with you, also
concerning L10n.
As one of the French translators coordinator, I would be happy to take
in charge the French docs in docs.fpo.
I know BZ, Git and have some basics about Publican/DocBook.

An introduction and a task looking for sponsor

nice to meet you.
My name is Anthony Jiang, a programmer in Chengdu , China.
I would like to join the doc team and I can spend nearly 2 days a week on
this project.
After reading part of Fedora docs, I see that there is no page explaining
parameters in ifcfg-wlan0 file just as ifcfg-eth0 does.
And I would like to add a page in docs explaining those parameters( such as
ESSID, CHANNEL, MODE..) in Networking chapter.
Could anyone sponsor me on doing that?

Just a thought. May someone teach me how to show the docs in different language from the local locale? For example, in en_UTF-8, can I pull out Chinese or Spanish edition by "man rsync"?
