I think it's time to remove the black plates from the project wiki pages 'cause the fight is over.

I'm looking to join the Fedora Docs project and see what I can do to
help out in this area. I write docs for my day job and am interested to
see how a different group of doc writers works.
While I am fairly technical when it comes to using computers, I'm not a
programmer. I can read over code and understand the general flow of what
I'm reading. I also write the occasional bash script to scratch the itch
that repetitive tasks provide.
I help to run the Columbia, MD LUG and helped start the Open Source MD
group from what was the Ubuntu MD Loco Team's meetings, which I also
I think that if I was able to sit through talks by Sparks and Jared at
Fudcon, I'm ready to become an official member of the Docs team:)
Talk with you soon,

Hi docs team,
I am Alick from China and I have been using Fedora for about 3 years. I
have created a FAS account and been a member of L10N (zh_CN) team. I
enjoy Fedora and would love to improve the adoption of Fedora in China.
I recently learned the new document publishing procedure and read the
L10N/Guide. I hope I can join the docs-publishers group to help making
the translated (to Chinese) docs published more quickly.
As with the computer skills, I think I am familiar with common Linux
usage and have the basic administration skills. I am an EE student and I
know stuff about programming/git. I don't know how to use Publican though
at the present. But I think I can manage to learn it well. I have
translated via Transifex for a while so I think I am familiar with the
Oh, I have an introduction page at FP Wiki and the link is in the

I am Tiansworld from China. Currently I am the coordinator of Simplified
Chinese l10n team. I began my Fedora Project contributor role since
2008. Here is my wiki page.
I've read the mail about new process for publishing fedora docs on trans
mailing list. I want to be a member of docs-publishers group to help
Simplified Chinese L10 team on publishing process.
I am not a programmer and have no experience on programming. Most of my
contribution are translation. But I am very interested in using Linux
and learning computer knowledges. I know some basic and simple usage of
git and have learned some html and css by myself.
I don't know whether docs publishing process needs any specific
knowledges or skills. If it needs, I hope I can learn them well.

At FUDCon Blacksburg I posed the question of whether or not it was possible to have Anaconda install proper documentation based on language. According to my source* this can easily be done as long as the packages end in the particular language. Publican does this for us!
So is this something we want to try to do?
* Dang it, I hate when I can't remember people's name when I meet them.
