I have created a bootdisk for Kernel 2.6.8-1.521, but am unable to use it.

After rebooting I get the error message

“Could not find kernel image:  linux”

boot:  (flashing curser)

I’m sure I have successfully rebooted from a floppy in earlier versions.  Any ideas?
