After a big more thought, I definitely give my vote (thusfar) to
Fedora User Guide -- it captures both the idea that it's what an
end-user would do on a desktop, and provides a clear distinction when
paired with the Fedora Admin Guide.

Well ... desktop is still pretty ambiguous, and to be honest, is a bit
more of an IT term than a regular folks term, isn't it? Regardless,
it's nice to put a human-focused term in the title, then people know if
it's for them and by what role:
User
Administrator
Developer
etc.
