For some reason it worked this morning and it was the problem! I am
now registered in the Doc Group. I think the rest will go faster.

But then this problem showed up trying to sign my CLA:
[karl@k5di ~]$ gpg -a --sign fedora-icla-karl.txt
gpg: no default secret key: secret key not available
gpg: signing failed: secret key not available
[karl@k5di ~]$
I have no idea how to fix this.
