Generating DocBook from MoinMoin: on a standard MoinMoin 1.3.5
installation, add "?action=format&mimetype=xml/docbook" to the page URL,
e.g.

http://wiki.me.com/SamplePage
http://wiki.me.com/SamplePage?action=format&mimetype=xml/docbook

(This doesn't work on the Fedora Wiki, which is MoinMoin 1.3.4)
