Other very little fix to TQSG

In the xml file the section:

    <title>Obtaining and Translating Modules</title>

      a file to translate.

      Visit <ulink

        url="http://translate.fedoraproject.org/submit/module/comps/"/>;.

should be:

the links should point to  http://translate.fedoraproject.org/module/ 
beccause the "submit" url cannot permit to show the files to translate...
the url http://translate.fedoraproject.org/module/comps must end without 
/ or it redirect the visitor to 
http://translate.fedoraproject.org/module/ content.

btw, if a visitor point to http://translate.fedoraproject.org/module 
without the / the webserver goes in error.


I try to post those problems via bugzilla but I have a problem with 
bugzilla too:
