I&#39;m on the Brand Communications team at Red Hat and work on assorted things from collateral to web banners to emails--generally marketing sorts of writing. In that job, I&#39;m also editor (and frequent writer) for <a href="http://opensource.com">opensource.com</a>. [<a href="https://opensource.com/users/suehle">https://opensource.com/users/suehle</a>] Before coming to Red Hat, most of my jobs involved either web development or technical documentation, both hardware and software, from writing student help docs at Duke to managing many thousands of pages of hardware tech documentation at a company that made very cool robots.<br>
