Fixing a Time for the Fedora Docs Meeting

Fellow Fedoran Doc-workers:

After following the mailing list discussion, I would like to fix the
date and time for this week's meeting for Wednesday, 1900 UTC.

I've updated the wiki page accordingly:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/DocsProject/SteeringCommittee/Meetings.

This, of course, can be changed to a different time and date next week.

Please confirm or decline.
