valelint: English linter with AsciiDoc support

Hi all,

During the FAD, mayorga found a Golang tool called valelint: it gives
feedback on English and ways to improve writing.

Sadly, it isn't packaged for Fedora (yet) but may be a useful tool for
some of us still.
