"Welcome" on docs.fp.o

At docs.fp.o I have some strange "Welcome" link on top of TOC collumn 
(iframe) with some kind of "hidden" close button dissrupting the header 
layout.

Yeah, I noticed this a while ago but forgot to file a bug on it.  I'll follow up with Rudi and find out what's going on with it.

Yeah; sorry; this is because of a CSS change between Publican versions; 
I'll get it fixed!
