Indeed let's do that! I'd like to learn the whole process hands-on this way :)
While we will aim to get the dotnet-sig group in to have nice bus factor, referencing that and the dotnet-packagers mailing list where possible.

I have some more reading to do tomorrow / before Monday, so I suggest that we pick this up on Monday in case we discover some... things :D
