The description is similar to Applple IMac but I have seen recent PC with metallic keyboard.
Both tiny and small icons haven't clear keyboard buttons but I presume it is the limit of what can be done.
Also the outline of the keyboard seems to be broad on both left and right.
The support of the monitor should be sightly dark. However, icons are about clear symbol so that should acceptable.
