I install a new fedora 30 on KVM and tried to install eclipse-jdt package. Eventually, jetty package was not required by dependency.
So I tried to remove following packages and now I can update eclipse packages without any problems. jetty jetty-proxy jetty-rewrite jetty-servlets jetty-jndi jetty-start jetty-deploy jetty-websocket-client jetty-websocket-common lucene-expressions lucene-suggest lucene-facet lucene-spatial lucene-spatial3d
