Hi all,

I think that a mixed event isn't good.
I "though" that it could be great if I have the honour to have all of you in Lima (Ambassadors with expertise in Fedora) I could do one public event day with all of you as speakers and trainers that can teach my local people to do real contributions as packaging, translations, wiki manteiners, among other activities.
I understand that is a great opportunity, but it's not the goal we are pursuing with this FAD.
The second day (this plan is still in my head) we can do more private meetings to set up (with a better view from the previous day) the actions and plans to have a better community.
Instead of help, this will cause to have multiple objectives, the same time and less focus.
I know that before I have you online in my events but it is not the same to have a face to face training or talk to somebody in person.
In this sense, I will always appreciate the labor of Neville, because he is always available anytime to response with a online talk to my people in Lima.
It's ok and I understand your hungry to have more a more events, and to attract more and more people, but this shouldn't be the focus of this event.
Please let me know if Fedora still want me to do that event in USIL, Lima, Peru in July to present a formal plan to the authorities.
In my opinion, Lima is still the best option, and if you can help us to have a place where to run this FAD, that will be awesome. Please take in consideration the words of aeperezt, bex and me; like we said in Venezuela: "El que mucho abarca poco aprieta".
