Do you will create a wiki page for the event?
If you do, create here:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FedoraEvents/FLISOL/FLISOL2017/Peru

you can use Brazilian Flisol wiki to use as a template:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FedoraEvents/FLISOL/FLISOL2017/Brasil

and  link it in "Peru" here:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FedoraEvents/FLISOL/FLISOL2017
