Yo no hablo español bien, so I'm gonna write this message in English...

I live in Porto Alegre and I think I can help the Ambassadors who are  
coming for the conference to find Hotels. Unfortunately I can't host nobody  
since I already have guests at my place for FISL. :(

If someone here needs help to find a Hotel to stay at the conference (or  
general help about the city), please just let me know.

I grew up on the border to Uruguay, so I can understand perfectly what  
people say while speaking Spanish but I can't write. Feel free to write  
both in English or Spanish. ;)

Once again, sorry for not writing in Spanish. write it.
