We have a (late) release party in Managua:

It will be at 27th Feb so will be after the fiscal year cut, please note
that we will not spend more that U$ 100 on this event.
Yes, this will need to come off the top of the budget next year.
Also, and sorry for ask again for this, we should like to know is the swag
will be alocated in this Fiscal and will no affect next fiscal year budget.
I am working to make sure this happens.
