 There is a discount for Peruvian nationals, that can be only obtained if
 they buy their own tickets. The should buy the tickets from Juliaca to
 Lima because there is no much difference and will be more convenient. Even
 more, I can not buy that cheap flight from Cusco to Lima. They will have
 to buy locally anyway. So better, stick with the proposed flight schedule,
 and let Tonnet pay for it and I will reimburse him right away.
