Yes, we should. But first, I think we should give some more time so
more people can have the chance to add information to the wiki (the
more, the better for LATAM community).
I believe the idea is to have Neville to pay directly to the producer,
since all these things will be expensive. In this case, you should not
consider transfer nor paypal fees, but the producer will probably
include taxes in the price, depending on local laws. So, whatever they
charge would be the price to consider, unless you can afford to pay
for everything in your region and get a reimbursement.
I am thinking that maybe we should take this as two separate things.
One should be long lasting resources, like banners and table clothes.
Another thing should be expendable material like stickers and DVD.
I know that there is an overlap, many companies may provide us with all
the stuff, as they are related. But in the other hand due size and
weight, maybe we should think to produce banners locally. Even if we
get cheap t-shirts as swag, the volume for shipping them may be a
constrain.
Just an idea. Should we break this up in two categories?
