Diversity Video to Expose at FLISoL

Hi Ambassadors!

Bee (IRC: bee2502) and Chavii (IRC: chavii) make a video, to share and
project at FLISoL. The video is available in [1] and Spanish subtitles are
in [2]. Spanish subs are made by me, feel free to edit them. Sorry that I
didn't do portuguese subs, but I don't know the language, I hope some of
our portuguese-speaker's contributor take a step forward and do the
translation.

Also there will be a youtube version that will be share during the day.
