Hello Ambassadors,
We just finished migrating our tickets system from Trac to Pagure. It
means that if you need to open a ticket, do so in
https://pagure.io/ambassadors-latam/tasks
We chose the ambassadors-latam/tasks namespace to follow the other
regions pattern.
If you still do not have a Pagure account, please, login to pagure with
your FAS account.
TRAC IS NOW SET AS READ ONLY: We cannot open new tickets there anymore.
As we agreed in the last meeting, We did not import Trac tags. This
means that we lost some information (the tags) in the migration. Now on,
we will use the following set of tags for our tickets:
open, meeting, approved, rejected, reimbursement, closed
If you believe we need any extra tags, please bring it up in the next
meetings.
I believe that everything went well during the migrations, but I will
need help to identify possible problems with it: look for missing
attachments, encoding problems, etc. potty will assembly a team to check
for those and to search/eliminate sensitive data from old tickets. If
you are interested in helping, please contact him.
Remember that this ticket system is PUBLIC (Trac was public as well, as
long as you had a FAS account), so please, DO NOT POST SENSITIVE DATA in
your tickets, like document information, phone numbers or addresses.
I am setting potty, Itamar and echevemaster as admins, since the other
Trac admins seem to be inactive: If you need admin access to the
repository for some reason, contact them.
