English at the bottom (sorry, no Pt-Br version this time)

I have several tickets that had been from hand to hand. I have to reimburse expenses to collaborators, but I have to investigate to whom I have to reimburse. I ask for cooperation using trac fields appropriately. No mater who pens the ticket, please always put the event owner on the field CC Always add the person to reimburse on the field CC It does not matter how many people there are on the field CC Otherwise I have to investigate some email to then ask which email is linked to the paypal account. This take time for both.
In the past I have delayed some reimbursement due to my disorderly working hours. I am decided to not let this happen again. But in the other hand I also requiere support to make this process as fast as possible.

Sorry, Neville. I will provide the owner's e-mail address next time.

Sergio, Don't take it personally. The number of tickets that latam trac is reviewing has increased, so we need to improve the process. I am sure that Alejandro will comment later something along the line of: "Please use the field amount" ... and again that also should be updated with any change, that should have also currency, and on the ticket should give idea of the current exchange rate. I will suggest use the amount field in USD, but that probably be better to be discussed in a LATAM meeting.
Best regards

Hey Neville!
No problem, I think you're right :-). I just filed a ticket of my own, and tried to follow all the "best practices". Unfortunately people don't read instructions, so it is a never-ending exercise of trying to teach them how to file tickets. Keep up the good work!
Thanks,
On an unrelated topic I had been in and out of town for work for the last few weeks, a very busy month with planning here at work. I will resume participating more actively as of today, sorry I did not let you all know in advance, I haven´t dissapeared!
