FAD proposal improvement request

Good morning, as some of you know, I was working on a proposal to carry out
an organizational FAD in Cusco City, this proposal was reviewed by some
people as robyduck and bex then was presented to the council giving a
relative positive result, but the proposal needs some improvements
specially in the following terms:

- Improvement of the agenda and to establish the clear objectives.
- Incorporate the ideas of FAMSco regarding the organization of ambassadors
and related topics.

As can be read, the FAD proposes to solve several problems like
organizative, budgetary, strategic and logistical so help us to be more
efficient and effective.

About the participants, I considered an ambassador for each country that is
active and / or influential in their country, so that she/he can replicate
(transmit) the agreements of the other collaborators of their countries. If
the ambassadors of some country consider that they can be represented by
another person we can change their representative :-)

About the dates, at first I put for the month of June but not bex hasn't
free time to attend the FAD and decided to change for the month of July
(13, 14 and 15) because in those days bex has time.

About the place, I consulted with the ambassadors of Peru about the place
and we chosen Cusco as the venue, if there is any other proposal to change
the place (inside or outside of Peru) the interested people must commit to
get an suitable place to the meetings, talks and accomodation.

* In summary, the FAD proposal can be improved in all its aspects,
therefore I request support to improve it and to have it approved so that
we can improve and grow the community. *
