[I hope this subject is clear on what the problem is]

The following packages

 agg                  i386                                     2.5-9.el5

 agg-devel        i386                                     2.5-9.el5

 fribidi                i386                                     0.19.2-2.el5

 fribidi-devel      i386                                     0.19.2-2.el5 

are newer than what is in RHEL-5.10 and will cause EPEL to update EL-5. These seem to be the only packages that do this.
