What are the next steps to get the change into EPEL?

I'll add the patch to the git branch of llvm for EPEL6 and do the build. It will then be available in the testing repos and I can then transfer it to the release repos 14 days later.
The patch should also be submitted upstream to fix the issue globally and maybe it could even be considered as part of the upcoming 3.4.1 release.
