It's almost a year to the day when we last started the search for a new time for the EPEL Steering Committee meeting. I have created a new framadate poll with times extreme for both U.S. and Europe. All the times are in UTC. To see what they are in your timezone do
date -d "1300 UTC" date -d "2300 UTC"
Here is the link to the poll. https://framadate.org/yNIptJFnWuUR2OME
Let's give it two weeks and see how we are looking then. Troy
Last time we did the voting in UTC, and ended up adapting it to DST in the US. Do you think we'll repeat it this time?

Yeah, we will. Most of us attending the meetings are on US timezones and have to account for DST.

Exactly. I should have said that up front. I have updated the description. It now has.
Voting is in UTC time. We plan on adjusting the time for US Daylight Savings Time at the appropriate times of the year. We are using US Daylight Savings Time due to the majority of participants are in the US time zones.
