Hi,
ImageMagick 6.9.13-52 was badly pushed to
- EPEL-8 (testing) https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2026-967543b33f
- EPEL-9 (stable) https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2026-b12c038824
This version change the soname, so breaks lot of things
Ex: digikam https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2026-9051244c45
This soname change was a mistake Reported upstream as https://github.com/ImageMagick/ImageMagick6/issues/437 Fixed in https://github.com/ImageMagick/ImageMagick6/commit/23e702eb584d8371f5aaefbb3...
Notice: 7.1.2-26 have the same problem which is fixed in 7.1.2-27
I will add the upstream patch and run a new build

Build done in EPEL-9 ImageMagick-6.9.13.52-2.el9 is now in buildroot overrides
# dnf repoquery --whatrequires 'libMagickCore-6.Q16.so.8()(64bit)' --enablerepo=epel-testing ImageMagick-0:6.9.13.52-1.el9.x86_64 ImageMagick-c++-0:6.9.13.52-1.el9.x86_64 ImageMagick-devel-0:6.9.13.52-1.el9.x86_64 ImageMagick-djvu-0:6.9.13.52-1.el9.x86_64 ImageMagick-perl-0:6.9.13.52-1.el9.x86_64 digikam-libs-0:8.3.0-2.el9.x86_64
So I will also rebuild digikam and publish a combined update
