Getting some packages into EPEL 8

Hello,

I want to make qjackctl (and some other packages) available in the EPEL
8 repo.

I succeeded with a scratch build for EPEL:

But now I am not sure what to do next.

I want to learn this and become a fedora packager.

Is someone willing to sponsor me?

`qjackctl` is already on Fedora [1]; you should require a new (epel8)
branch to the maintainer.
