License tag updates reminder

Just a reminder to everyone:

While you are updating your License tags in your Fedora branches to
meet the new guidelines (See: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Licensing )
Please do update your EPEL branches as well to conform to this
guideline and check them into CVS.

NOTE: please don't rebuild your package for just this change, we just
want to make sure all packages have been updated to meet this guideline
and the change would go out with your next real update to the package.
